most during its continuous tracking period. If the snapshot number is disabled, the
camera will capture the same target once every 5 seconds until the target disappears
in the detected area.

Set the schedule of the face detection. The setup steps of the schedule are the
same as schedule recording setup (See Schedule Recording ).

Configuration requirements of camera and surrounding area
1. Cameras must be installed in the area with stable and adequate light sources.
2. The installation height ranges from 2m to 3.5m, adjustable according to the
focal-length of different lenses and object distances.
3. The depression angle of the camera shall be less than or equal to 15°.
4. The object distance depends on the focal-length of the lens mounted in the camera.
5. To ensure the accuracy of face detection, the captured faces are only allowed to
deviate less than 30° leftward or rightward or 20° upward or downward.
5.5.2 Exception Settings
This function can detect changes in the surveillance environment affected by the
external factors.
