WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

1. CLEANING THE SQUEEGEE TUBE

Every week, or whenever suction seems to be unsatisfactory, check the squeegee tube is not obstructed.
To clean it, proceed as follows:
1.

Engage the parking brake

2.

Turn the key switch to the “0” position

3.

Remove the tube from the squeegee suction nozzle

4.

open the recovery tank

5.

remove the other end of the tube (2) from the rubber-holder connector (3) of the recovery tank

6.

wash the inside of the tube with a jet of water (from the tank side)

7.

Reassemble the tube

8.

Close the recovery tank

9.

Insert the tube in the squeegee suction nozzle

ATTENTION: Adopt safety measures to prevent damage to the limbs.

WARNING: this operation must be carried out wearing gloves to protect against
contact with dangerous solutions.

2. CLEANING THE SQUEEGEE TUBE (MEDIA 60S)

Remove the debris hopper from the brush head

4.

Remove the tube from the squeegee suction nozzle

5.

open the recovery tank

6.

remove the other end of the tube (2) from the rubber-holder connector (3) of the recovery tank

7.

wash the inside of the tube with a jet of water (from the tank side)

8.

Reassemble the tube

9.

Close the recovery tank

10.

Insert the tube in the squeegee suction nozzle

11.

Reassemble the debris hopper in the brush head

ATTENTION: Adopt safety measures to prevent damage to the limbs.

WARNING: this operation must be carried out wearing gloves to protect against
contact with dangerous solutions.
