Using the proper equipment remove the screws (10) that fix the rear flap support (11) to the frame of
the machine
12.
Remove the rear flap support from the machine
13.
Using the proper equipment, remove the nuts (12) that fix the rear flap (11) to the support
14.
Remove the old rear flap (11) and put in the new one
15.
Using the proper equipment, fix the nuts (12) that fix the rear flap (11) to the support, position the flap
in such a way that the fixing screws are about in the middle of the slits

Insert the rear flap support into the machine
17.
Using the proper equipment insert the screws (10) that fix the rear flap support (11) to the frame of the
machine, do not fix then completely but leave them loose
18.
Adjust the rear flap support (11) so that there are three millimetres between the work surface and the
rubber
19.
Using the proper equipment tighten the screws (10) that fix the rear flap support (11) to the frame of
the machine

Reassemble all the elements

SIDE FLAP REPLACEMENT
If during working you notice that dust comes out from the side parts of the machine, this means that the
side flap of the central brush needs adjusting. Proceed as follows to replace it:
1.
Engage the parking brake, pressing the pedal (1)
2.
Check the main machine switch is in the “OFF-0” position. If this is not the case, turn the key by a
quarter rotation to the left.
3.
Lower the central brush to the ground, using the lever (2)
4.
Raise the right side brush from the ground, using the lever (3)
5.
Raise the left side brush from the ground (if present as an optional), using the lever (4)
