15.10 Run Diagnostics
Running the Diagnostic will allow the Utilities to compare how the scanner is operating to how it knows
it should, and will offer an automatic fix of each parameter.
Typical error messages include:
100
– USB (typically caused by Etron USB 3.0 chipset).
101
– User parameter corruption.
102
– Factory parameter corruption.
1. Follow instructions to the
Second Level Utilities in
chapter “15.5 Second
Level Utilities

Click ‘Run Diagnostics’
button to start the process
and follow any message
that appear.
NOTE: It is still advisable to contact support
before running the diagnostics.
