This power tool is to be used for the purpose
of grinding. Comply with all safety notes, in-
struc琀椀ons, diagrams and other informa琀椀on
supplied with the device.
Non-compliance
with the following instruc琀椀ons may result in
electrocu琀椀on, 昀椀re and/or severe injury.

This power tool is not suitable for: sand paper
grinding, tasks involving wire brushes, polish-
ing or cut-o昀昀 grinding.
Any use for which this
power tool is not intended may result in haz-
ards and injury.

Do not use accessory that has not been specif-
ically designed for this power tool or has not
been recommended by the manufacturer.
The
fact that you may be able to mount accessory
to the power tool does not mean that its safe
use is guaranteed.

The permissible rota琀椀onal speed of the tool
insert must be at least as high as the max.
speed stated on the power tool. Any accessory
that rotates at a higher speed that permissi-
ble, may break and 昀氀y o昀昀.

The outer diameter of the tool insert must
match the measurements provided for your
power tool.
Incorrectly dimensioned tool in-
serts can not be appropriately shielded or con-
trolled.

Diamond cup wheels and 昀氀anges must 昀椀t ex

actly onto the grinding spindle of your power
tool.
Any tool inserts that do not 昀椀t exactly
onto the grinding spindle of your power tool
will rotate unevenly, will vibrate severely, and
may result in a loss of control over the power
tool.

Never use damaged tool inserts. Check the
diamond cup wheel for cracks, wear or de-
forma琀椀on before each use. A昀琀er a fall, the
power tool or tool insert must be checked for
any damage; never work with damaged tools.
Once you have checked and inserted the tool
insert, ensure that you and other personnel
in the immediate vicinity remains outside the
reach of the rota琀椀ng tool insert, while running
it at max. speed for one minute.
Damaged or
faulty tool inserts will usually shear o昀昀 during
this test phase.

Wear your PPE (personal protec琀椀on equip

ment). Depending on tool applica琀椀on, wear
eye protec琀椀on or protec琀椀ve goggles. Wear
a face mask, hearing protec琀椀on, protec琀椀ve
gloves or a special apron to protect you from
small grinding or material par琀椀cles as needed.
Protect your eyes from 昀氀ying debris gener

ated in various applica琀椀ons. The face mask or
respiratory protec琀椀on used must be designed
for 昀椀ltering the dust generated during tool ap
-
plica琀椀on.
Prolonged exposure to extreme noise
levels may result in a loss of hearing.

Ensure that other personnel in the vicinity
remain at a safe distance to your work area.
Any personnel entering the work area must
be wearing relevant PPE.
Workpiece debris or
broken tool inserts may 昀氀y o昀昀 and cause injury
outside the immediate work area.

Only touch the power tool at its insulated grips
when carrying out tasks in which the tool in-
serts could compromise hidden power lines
or the power tool's own power cable.
Contact
with a live line will conduct electricity through
the metal parts of the power tool and may re-
sult in electrocu琀椀on.

Keep the power cable away from rota琀椀ng tool
inserts.
Should you lose control of the power
tool, then the power cable could be cut or
snared, and your hand or arm could be drawn
into the rota琀椀ng power tool.

Never put the power tool down un琀椀l the tool
insert has come to a complete stands琀椀ll. T
he
rota琀椀ng tool insert could come into contact
with the storage surface, which could result in
a loss of control over the power tool.

Never ac琀椀vate the power tool while walking.
Your clothing could accidentally be snared by
the rota琀椀ng tool insert and result in physical
injury.

Clean the air vents of your power tool regular-
ly.
The motor blower draws dust into the hous

Do not operate the power tool in close proxim-

Flying sparks could

use with your power tool and the protec琀椀ve
