Coleman Powersports’ Emission Control System Warranty Statement
The U.S. Environmental Protec�on Agency and Coleman Powersports are pleased to
explain the emission control system warranty on your Off-Road vehicle. New off-road
motor vehicles must be designed, built and equipped to meet U.S. EPA Federal and
California an�-smog standards. Coleman Powersports must warrant the emission control
system on your vehicle for 5,000 km, or at least 30 months, whichever comes first,
provided that there has been no abuse, neglect or improper maintenance of your vehicle.
This off- road vehicle was designed to meet the emission standards for
10,000 km, or five years, whichever comes first.
Your emission control system warranty covers components whose failure would increase
an engine’s emissions of any regulated pollutant.
Where a warrantable condi�on exists, Coleman Powersports will repair your vehicle at no
cost to you, including diagnosis, parts and labor. To find a local dealer or a service shop in
your area, please call (888) 405-8725 or E-mail service@colemanpowersportsusa.com. If
no Coleman Powersports dealers or contracted service shop is available in your area, In
the case of an emergency where no Coleman Powersports dealer or contracted service
shop is reasonably available, repairs may be performed at any available service
establishment, or by any individual, using any replacement part.
The lack of availability of parts or the incompleteness of repairs within a reasonable �me
period, not to exceed 30 days from the �me the vehicle is ini�ally presented to the dealer,
also cons�tutes an emergency. The manufacturer will reimburse the owner for the
expenses, including diagnos�c charges Coleman Powersports. In order to receive
compensa�on, the owner may reasonably be required to keep receipts and failed parts
and send to Coleman Powersports, 1775 E. University Dr., Tempe, AZ. 85281 or E-mail to
service@colemanpowersportsusa.com.
If an emission-related part on your vehicle is defec�ve, the part will be repaired or
replaced by Coleman Powersports. This is your EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY.
NOTICE!
Use of this vehicle in any type of compe��ve event completely and absolutely
voids this and all other warran�es offered by Coleman Powersports.
OWNER’S WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the vehicle owner, you are responsible for the performance of the required
maintenance listed in your owner’s manual. Coleman Powersports recommends that you
retain all receipts covering maintenance on your vehicle, but Coleman Powersports cannot
deny warranty solely for the lack of receipts or for your failure to ensure the performance
of all scheduled maintenance.
