External Communication
The COMBI PCS 110 DUAL is controlled by external signals. Under process values page P02, you can see the
status of different signals both external to the machine and from the machine to external units. When a
field is blue there is a connection.
Shutdown
The machine can only be turned off in manual mode. The icon for shutting
down the machine is located in the lower left corner.
This will activate the shutdown procedure, where the machine will run an
emptying hopper sequence. The CO
2
valve on the machine inlet will automatically close.
The power can be turned off when a text on screen says is okay to turn off power.
Daily Maintenance
Daily maintenance should do before start-up.

Check the oil level in the sight glass on the hydraulic power station (after shutdown)

Check the pipes for leaks
