11 Repair
11.1 Safety instructions
These safety instructions warn against dangers that can arise when repairing
the fan.
WARNING Risk of injury due to repair work on the fan
Injuries due to electrical, mechanical, and chemical hazards.
u Only maintenance personnel authorized by the operator as well as service
personnel authorized by the distributor or manufacturer may carry out repair
work.

The safety instructions for maintenance work apply _ Chap. 10.1 [ } 51].

Allow the fan to cool off with the electric motor before beginning work.
u
An electrician is responsible for energization of the fan.
11.2 Fault table
Identify and rectify fan faults using this table, and enter them in the machine log-
book
