Cognex MVS-8100D and CDC Cameras Hardware Manual

•

Use a strobe to illuminate the target

•

Increase the camera’s gain

The MVS-8100D acquisition system is optimized for a gain of 1.0 and most
applications will perform best at this setting. Be aware that increasing the gain also
decreases the signal-to-noise ratio and may introduce more noise into your
acquired images.
