Troubleshooting
The wire connector is not making correct
contact with the landscape cable.
Landscape cable is not connected to the
power pack.
No power to the transformer.
Make sure brass contact pins pierce the plastic
wire insulation and are touching the copper
wires inside.
Check the connection between the primary wire
and the transformer.
Check the power to the transformer.
Power pack is overloaded.
Photoeye cable is loose.
Make sure the photocell cable is connected
correctly
The light does not turn off in
“Dusk to Dawn” mode (AUTO)
during the day time.
Photo sensor is covered.
Make sure the photocell is receiving direct
sunlight and is not dirty or covered.
