Hose Reel

Warning:

• This hose reel is not a toy; do not let children play with it.
• If the hose is to be replaced, both the safety locks and
the hose brake must be engaged.
• The hose reel must be stored protected from freezing
conditions. The guarantee does not cover damage caused
by freezing.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local
regulations. If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your
local authority.

Product description
Safe hose replacement
1. Wall bracket
2. Hose coupling holder
3. Hose lock mechanism

3. Fold out the safety
locks (6) (one
on either side
of opening) and
push them into
the corresponding
retainer holes on
the reel drum.
The reel drum is
now locked and
the hose can be
safely replaced.
4. Unscrew the strain
relief and remove
the quick coupling.
Remove
the old hose.
1. Open the lid on top
of the hose reel.
2. Uncoil the entire
length of the hose
and then let it
rewind slightly,
thus locking it and
preventing it from
rewinding fully.
5. Fit the quick coupling onto the new hose and connect
it to the corresponding quick coupling on the hose reel.
Screw the strain relief back on.
6. Pull out the safety locks and push them into the retaining
holes located in the reel drum. Shut the hose reel lid.
Useful tips
• The hose is equipped with a brake to help adjust the hose
to the desired length: Pull the hose out of the reel and
carefully release some tension to activate the hose brake.
• The hose must not be under pressure when it is rewound
onto the reel: Close the air inlet and leave the nozzle open
before rewinding the hose.
• Pull the hose out about 20 cm and then release it and let it
rewind automatically.
