Chapter Five Installation and connection of robot explosion proof cabinet
5.1 Precautions for robot explosion protection
The company's spraying robot has explosion-proof function, using internal pressurization and internal
safety mechanism and other protection methods. In order to ensure safe operation, the following instructions
must be strictly observed.
Attention
1. The explosion-proof spraying robot realizes its explosion-proof function by sealing and
pressurizing. Before opening the pressurized seal shell, you must follow the guidance of
professional and technical personnel.
(1) Without the guidance or supervision of professional and technical personnel, it is not
allowed to loosen the fastening screw of pressurization chamber.
(2) When the robot has been powered on, do not open the shell of the pressurization chamber.
2. Install the robot control cabinet and explosion-proof control cabinet in a safe area without
explosion possibility. When entering the robot working area for maintenance, spot inspection,
robot adjustment, spraying system adjustment, etc., be sure to turn off the main power supply,
close the gas supply valve, and confirm that there is no residual pressure in the relevant gas
supply pipeline.
