3 Installing accessories
3.1 Installing the THERMOMARK S1-CUTTER

• Open the housing cover by pressing the locking buttons on both sides and lifting the
cover.
• Unlock the print mechanism (1) and lift it up.
• Remove the front cover.
• There are two connections behind the front cover.
• Connect the connecting cable. Use the upper connection.
• First insert the right and then the left-hand side of the cutter.
• Swivel the cover of the cutter towards you in order to open it.
• Hold the cutter in place and tighten the screws on both sides.
• Swivel the cutter cover back into place.
• Close the print mechanism. The locking buttons must audibly click into place.
• Close the housing cover.
• The cutter installation is now complete.
• Set to "perforate" in the marking software.
Accessories are not supplied as standard.
Ordering data for accessories can be found in the appendix on page A-2.
In order to use the cutter, the label must be at least 30 mm long.
WARNING: Risk of injury
Switch off the printer before installing the cutter.
