Removing the Battery
1.
Turn the computer
off
, and turn it over.
2.
Locate the battery bay
(
Figure 2 - 1a
).
3.
Slide the battery latch
in the direction of the arrow (towards the unlock symbol
), and hold it in place (as
shown in
Figure 2 - 1b
)
.
4.
The Battery
will pop up to allow you to lift it out of the bay (
Figure 2 - 1b
).

Battery Removal
a. Locate the battery re-
lease latch.
b. Release the latch and re-
move the battery out of
the computer.
