When the call is answered on the far end, the system switches to the Call mode
.
AUTO-ANSWERING CALLS
The auto-answer option is found in the
Settings>Calls
menu.
When the auto-answer option is not selected and an incoming call is received, a message is
displayed on the screen. You can accept or reject the call using the buttons on the remote
control or via the screen message.
Note:
Auto-answering does not apply to MCU calls. (To configure auto-
answering in MCU sessions, see MCU Answer mode also in the
Settings>Calls menu.)
ENDING CALLS
You can disconnect the current videoconference call at any time. To end the current call:
On the remote control, press the red End Call button,
– or –
Select
Conference
>
Hang Up
in the GUI and then press
OK
on the remote control.
