PERFORMING SYSTEM BACKUP

The Backup option, using the remote controller, takes a snapshot of the current
COLLABORATE® Live configuration. It is recommended to take backup snapshots every time
a configuration change is made.

1. After logging in, click Maintenance>System Recovery. The system reboots and a

Backup/Restore screen appears.

2. Select the

Backup

option. The

Backup

screen appears.

3. Using the remote control to enter letters and numbers, enter the

Backup name.

4. Click

Create

to create the backup file of the configuration.

5. Press

Exit.

6. Reboot the system by pressing the

power

button for 3 seconds, then press the

power

button again in order to turn on the system.
