1.  If  a  password  was  set  for  Web  access  (see  Administration  Settings):  in  the 

Password 

field, enter your password for accessing the management options, and then click 

Login

. 

If the password is authenticated, the management options page appears. 

DOWNLOADING COLLABORATE® SHARE 

You  can  share  your  PC  desktop  or  an  application  via  the  network.  To  use  this  feature,  you 
need to download the Collaborate® Share application. 

To download Collaborate® Share: 

1.  Open your browser. 

2.  I

n  the  browser’s  address  bar,  type  the  direct  IP  Address  of  the  COLLABORATE®  Live 
unit. The COLLABORATE® Live Web login page appears. 

3.  Click Collaborate® Share. The application download starts automatically. 

IMPORTING/EXPORTING THE LICENSE 

Some  features  and  functionalities  in  COLLABORATE®  Live  require  licensing,  and  are 
activated with a license key that you must enter and save to your COLLABORATE® Live unit. 

 

To enter and save a license to your COLLABORATE® Live unit: 

1.  After logging in, click 

Maintenance>System License

. The License page appears.
