Safety
• This scooter is not recommended for children
under 3 years.
• Always wear a helmet, shoes, gloves, elbow-
pads and knee-pads when using the scooter.
Thick clothing is also recommended as
added protection.
• The load capacity of the scooter is 100 kg.
• Before use, check that all parts are in working
order, that all locking devices are engaged
and that all screws, nuts and bolts are tight.
• The scooter is only intended for 1 rider at
a time.
• Do not use the scooter for jumps, riding
down staircases or any other stunts that will
subject it to undue stress. This scooter is not
designed for such use.
• Do not ride the scooter in the dark or in rain/
snow which restricts visibility. Do not use
the scooter on footpaths, streets or concrete
surfaces that might be slippery.
• The scooter must not be dismantled or
modified in any way.
• Always follow local traffic regulations.
• Never use the scooter if any part is damaged,
missing or faulty.
• Caution should be observed when using this
scooter. Falls and collisions can cause injuries
to the user and third parties. Remember that
the only way to brake is to press the rear
mudguard against the rear wheel using a foot.
• The rear mudguard can become hot after
prolonged use as a brake, avoid touching it
after use.
• Never tow the scooter behind any vehicle.
Operating instructions
Folding the scooter
1. Undo the quick-release clamp and push
the handlebar down (hold in the ball-catch if
the handlebar was at maximum elevation).
2. Hold in the ball-catches in the handles and
pull the handles outwards.
3. Hold in the spring-loaded latch and fold
the handlebar down until it locks in the folded
position.
Preparing the scooter for use
1. Hold in the spring-loaded latch and unfold
the handlebar until it locks into the open
position.
2. Adjust the height of the handlebar and extend
the handles.
Brake
The rear mudguard is the brake. Press
the mudguard against the rear wheel to reduce
speed.
Kickstand
There is a kickstand attached to the underside
of the deck which can be folded out and used to
park the scooter.
Care and maintenance
• Use only a damp cloth when cleaning; never
use strong cleaning agents or solvents.
• Do not leave the scooter in strong sunlight.
• Store the scooter in a dry place.
