RJ45 connector

The RJ45 connector is a pair of 10BaseT ethernet uplink ports providing connection between
the Gateway and the LAN. The MDI -II port works with a straight-through LAN cable. The
MDI-X port works with a crossed LAN cable. They can be used simultaneously if required.

RJ21x line connector

The RJ21x 50-way line connector is used to connect the legacy telephones to the  Gateway.
The pins are paired vertically on the connector, such that line 1 is connected to pins 1 and 26,
line 2 is connected to pins 2 and 27…  and so on. The connector is supplied with fastener to
hold the RJ21 cable in position, when connected.
