Using the show interfaces Command

The show interfaces command displays status information (including the physical slot and interface
address) for the interfaces you specify. All of the examples that follow specify DSPfarm interfaces.

For complete descriptions of interface subcommands and the configuration options available for router
interfaces, refer to the publications listed in the

“Related Documentation” section on page viii

The outputs that appear in this document may not match the output you receive when running these

Cisco 7200 Series and Cisco 7200 VXR Routers

Following is an example of the show interfaces DSPfarm command for Cisco 7200 series routers. In
this example, the PA-VXC-2TE1 port adapter is located in port adapter slot 1.
