Using System Voice Mail

You can access and manage the system-wide mailbox using the System Voicemail feature
button. However, this feature is not available by default and must be enabled by your phone
administrator.

Enabling the After Hours Greeting

You can set the times the Auto Attendant plays the After Hour Greeting. However, this feature
may not be available to you.

Answering Operator Calls

You can answer operator calls.However, this feature may not be available to you.

Using Operator Do Not Disturb

You can use the Operator Do Not Disturb (DND) button to opt out of the operator queue. However, this
feature may not be available to you.
