Transferring Calls

You can redirect a connected call to another phone number. 

Forwarding Calls

You can redirect or forward incoming calls to another destination

Transfer a Call 

1. While on an internal call, press the 

Transfer

 

feature button.

2. Select an intercom and call the number to which 

you want to transfer the call.

3. Announce the call (optional).

4. Press 

Transfer

 again to complete the transfer or 

hang up.

If you want to...

Then...

Set Forward Always On

Press the Forward Always button to forward your 
calls to a destination. The Forward Always button 
lights up.

To set call forward destinations on your phone, see 
section ”Changing Your Call Forward Settings” on 
page 36.

Set Forward Always Off

Press the Forward Always button again to turn off 
Forward Always.
