CAUSE
All Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) associations between the CA and the SGs are
out-of-service.
PRIMARY
ACTION
Make sure all Ethernet connections on the CA and the SGs are plugged in. Also make sure all of the
associated IP routers are operational.
SECONDARY
CAUSE
The MTP3 user adapter (M3UA) layer is down between the CA and the SGs.
SECONDARY
ACTION
Use the Cisco snooper application to determine why the M3UA layer is down.
