Usage Guidelines
To use this command, you must be in a user group associated with a task group that includes the proper
task IDs.
Use the
set default-afi
command to set the default AFI for the current session. This command acts as a
keystroke shortcut for
show
commands. If the default AFI setting is set to IPv4, then you would not have
to specify the
ipv4
keyword for
show
commands that support the
ipv4
keyword. For example, if the AFI
setting is set to IPv4, you could issue the
show route
command without specifying the
ipv4
keyword to
display IPv4 routes in the Routing Information Base (RIB).
Use the
command to display the default AFI setting.
