Call split. This is a Cisco-specific code. It is used when a call is terminated during a
transfer operation because it was split off and terminated (was not part of the final
transferred call). This can help determine which calls were terminated as part of a
transfer operation.

Interworking, unspecified
Alarms
An alarm is issued when CDR or Diagnostic data is enabled, and the system is unable to write
the data into the database.
Unable to write CDR data. (Alarm # 1711 - Major Alarm)
The system attempted to open the database, and was unsuccessful. Probable causes include:
•
Cisco CallManager does not have sufficient privileges to open the file for writing to the
database. Make sure Cisco CallManager has privileges that will permit write operations.
•
The path is not set up, or the database server is down.
