Total Motion Control

Step-by-Step Forward Playback.

Plays back one frame at a

time, unless otherwise specified when using Super Shift. Key-
board shortcut: Press

SHIFT CHAR +

Forward Playback.

When button is activated the first time, play-

back is in real time. When button is activated the second time,
every other frame is played back. When button is activated the
third time, every third frame is played back. The 1-2-3 cycle is
started again the next time the button is activated. Keyboard
shortcut: Press

P

.

Fast Forward Playback.

When button is activated the first time,

every fourth frame is played back. When button is activated the
second time, every eighth frame is played back. When button is
activated the third time, every twelfth frame is played back. The
4-8-12 cycle is started again the next time the button is activated.

Goes to marked Out point

. If no marked Out point, goes to end

of clip. Keyboard shortcut: Press

E

.

As the video plays back, the Time Line pointer moves to
reflect the frame number. The

Frame:

updates as well.

The Time Line can also be used to play back video.

•

Place the cursor on the Time Line. Press

SHIFT

CHAR +

to move the pointer one frame at a

time. Super Shift also works.

•

Use the mouse to drag the pointer along the Time
Line. Clicking the mouse anywhere on the Time
Line moves the pointer to that position and displays
the corresponding frame.

A specific frame can be displayed as well:

Enter a frame number in the

Frame:

field located

directly below the Time Line.

•

Click the mouse at the location of the frame on the
Time Line.
