Simple Calibration

5. Simple Calibration
When errors are found during usage, the user can perform simple calibration to fix them and
notify Chroma for detail and accurate calibration if errors still exist. Following explains some
simple ways for the user to identify if the related calibration value is wrong in preliminary.
5.1 Voltage Calibration
Use a DC Source (with output voltage 60V or above, current 12A or above) to connect the
output of 692xx-yy-zz (Remote sense must be connected). Perfuse voltage 55V from DC
Source and check if the “V” of voltage on the panel is around 55V. If not, please notify
Chroma for calibration.
5.2 Current Calibration
1. Connect to A69110 and output.
2. Use a DC Source (with output voltage 60V or above, current 12A or above) to connect
the output of 692xx-yy-zz (Remote sense must be connected). Perfuse voltage 30V from
DC Source and set the current to output 15A, for example, for Chroma 62012P-80-60,
set Vset=30V and Iset=15A for output.
3. Press Discharge and CC to set the parameter.
4. Set I=1A, VCUT=0, ICUT=0, TIME=0, V=10V, P=600W and S.R.=0.001 accordingly.
Press Enter once a condition is set and skip to next condition setting. When S.R. is set,
click EXIT, the main screen will ask if updating the screen, click yes and the screen
returns as the figure shown below. Press Output and the screen will prompt OUTPUT
pattern on the right comer. Check if the “I” of current on the panel is around 1A. If not,
