1. Overview
1.1 Introduction
Model 69200-1 Charge/Discharge Controller
1. It has no power stage which is mainly for the user to set the charge/discharge mode and
program to control other DC/DC power stage (Regenerative Charge/Discharge Tester). A
Controller is able to control 60 channels.
2. It is able to receive the charge/discharge test sequences from PC.
3. It also can save the test results of Regenerative Charge/Discharge Tester and return to
PC.
4. It has 691XX Auto Mode control procedure.
The naming convention of Charge/Discharge Controller is 69200-x, where
00 indicates no power output which is the controller.
x is the number assigned for different purpose starting from 1.
1.2 System Function
1.2.1 Operation Mode
•
The local operation of 692xx – yy – zz is via Chroma 69200-x controller (option) and
using keyboard and rotary knob to operate locally.
•
The remote operation of 692xx – yy – zz is via Chroma 69200-x controller (option) with
Ethernet card (optional) and using IPC to do remote control by software.
•
Chroma 69200-x controller can display the current operating status and protection data,
etc. from the front panel.
1.2.2 Output
It is the controller and has no output function.
1.2.3 Input
The input connector is located on the rear panel and the input voltage range is
90VAC-250VAC.
