The STEP mode offers a easy and automatic-change function to change output waveform in 
a regular level and time.

   

But the variation between two steps changes rapidly, not gradually.   

The waveform programming is to set an initial waveform, specify the dwell time and change 
of every step, and the number of change step.    After execution, the output wave will keep on 
last step. 
 

COUNT: 

the number of each change execute. 

DWELL: 

the length of each step. 

Vac, F, Vdc: 

the initial value of Vac, F, DC when STEP mode starts to execute. 

dV, dF, dDC: 

the difference value of each step. (The negative value is allowed.) 

TRIG = AUTO / MANUAL: 

the way to trigger.    AUTO: it will finish all COUNT number when 

trigger.    MANUAL: the output waveform will change just one step for each execution.   

WAVE = A / B: 

to choose waveform (see 3.6.3).

the output phase angle of each step.
