Section 6: Firmware
6.3.2 Firmware Upgrade Procedure
1. Double-click on the Christie Sequence Code LAN Update Wizard .
2. Click Next .
3. Power on the projector.
a. Connect the projector to AC power.
b. Turn the projector on.
c. Wait until the lamp(s) turn on and the source message is displayed on the bottom left of the projected
image.
d. Click Next in the update wizard.
4. Connect the PC to the projector.
a. Connect the RJ-45 cable to the projector and the
computer.
b. Set the Default Gateway and Subnet Mask of the
computer to match the projector.
c. Set the IP address of the computer to match the
first three numbers of the projector (for example,
with projector 192.168.000.100, set the computer
to 192.168.000.xxx where ‘xxx’ is not 100).
d. Enter the projector IP address.
e. Click Next .
5. Click Next .
NOTE:
The firmware will begin the
upgrading and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
6. When complete, verify that the projector is running the updated firmware version.
