Projector does not turn on
When I attempt to power on the projector, it does not turn on.
Resolution
•
Verify the power cord is connected to the projector and the AC power supply correctly and the
input selector switch is in the correct position.
•
Verify the wall circuit breaker is on. If there is a problem with the wall circuit breaker turning
off, contact a certified electrician.
•
On the F-MAIN faceplate, verify the POWER LED is lit. When the harnessing, supply, and HUB
boards are healthy, the POWER LED is either green or red in all powered states. A green LED
indicates that the supply is healthy. A red LED indicates a failed power supply.
•
If the POWER LED is green and additional LEDs are lit on the F-MAIN faceplate, record the
color combination of the faceplate LEDs after they have been powered for at least 30 seconds.
You can then provide the color combination information to Christie technical support.
•
If the POWER, INPUT, HUB, and SMS LEDs are all green, but the touch panel still does not turn
on or display an image, eliminate the cable and touch screen by connecting any external VGA
display.
Cannot establish communication with projector
The input devices cannot communicate with the projector.
Resolution
•
Verify all input devices have the same subnet mask and gateway, and unique IP addresses.
