Automatically adjusting the time for Daylight
Saving Time

With automatically adjusted time settings, there is no need to update the projector time when

Daylight Saving Time occurs.

1. In the left navigation menu, tap Service Setup > Time Setup.
2. Tap the Time Zone tab.
3. To automatically adjust the projector time to follow Daylight Saving Time, tap the

Automatically adjust for Daylight Savings slider.
The color of the slider changes to green to indicate it is active.

4. Tap Save.

Manually adjusting the time offset

You cannot manually adjust the time offset if network time protocol (NTP) time synchronization is

active.

To turn off NTP time synchronization, tap the NTP Servers tab and then tap the Time Sync via NTP
Server
 slider. The color of the slider changes to gray to indicate it is inactive.

1. In the left navigation menu, tap Service Setup > Time Setup.
2. Tap the SM Time Adjust tab.
3. Increase or decrease the time offset:

To increase the offset in minutes and seconds, tap Up

To decrease the offset in minutes and seconds, tap Down

The Digital Cinema Initiatives (DCI) specification does not allow time offsets greater than six
minutes in a calendar year.

4. Tap Save.

Activating marriage

You must complete marriage to display content and to comply with the Digital Cinema Initiatives (DCI)

specification.
You cannot complete marriage remotely.

1. In the left navigation menu, tap Service Setup > Marriage Setup.
2. Tap Start and complete the Marriage Setup wizard.
3. Tap Finish.
