Determining the temperature calibration rate:
In order to set a calibration curve for an X bowl by reference to a
standard bowl, first you must determine a rate, said calibration rate.
The calibration rate is the direct link between the X bowl and the
standard bowl which determines the value for the calibration rate.
Determining a calibration rate is:
1. Choosing a sample, said standard sample, and import it to the
equipment to be calibrated;
2. Testing, said comparison testing, without temperature adjust-
ment;
3. Determining the calibration rate using the temperature curves
for the dough in these 2 tests;

Precautions before testing without temperature adjustment:
1. Connect the equipment and lauch the Mixolab application;
2. Access the "Configuration" menu, then the « Maintenance »
menu;
3. In the synoptic view of the maintenance menu, access the
"Tools" icon (
A ) + enter 1576 ( B );
