5-2. Zero and Span Adjustment for Trace Printing
Adjust the trace printing (dot printing) position on a chart. The adjustment does not affect digital display/recording.
Note that the default position cannot be recovered after performing this adjustment.
1. Adjustment procedure
(1) Preparation
1) Set a chart paper. Press the
key to
turn on the “REC” status LED.
2) Pressing
the
key changes
adjustment item. Select
.
(2) Adjusting zero position of chart
1) Press
the
key. The display shows
and dotting is performed at
the initial position (left side) while feeding
the chart.
2) Pressing
the
/
key moves the
position right/left slightly (about 0.05mm at
one time). Align the position with the zero
line of the chart.
3) Press
the
key to register the zero
position in the memory.
(3) Adjusting span position of chart
1) Press
the
key when you complete
the zero adjustment. The display shows
and dotting is performed at
the initial position (left side of span line)
while feeding the chart.
2) Pressing

key moves the
position right/left slightly (about 0.05mm at
one time). Align the position with the span
line of the chart.
3) Press

key to register the span
position in the memory.
