Transport, brakes and locks
All the tables have swivel casters that allow movement in small environments; one wheel is also
equipped with a “directional lock” mechanism that makes rectilinear movements easier, while the
others come with a full parking brake (to prevent sliding and rotation).
WARNING
APPLYING THE PARKING BRAKES PREVENTS UNINTENTIONAL MOVEMENTS AND STABILISES THE TABLE DURING
PATIENT TRANSFERS AND TREATMENTS
THE DIRECTIONAL LOCK HAS NO BRAKING EFFECT. APPLY THE PARKING BRAKES TO PREVENT THE TABLE FROM
MOVING
BRAKES AND LOCKS
LT3G33
Foot-operated wheel control.
Grey lever down: parking brake ON (prevents the
wheels from rotating and swiveling)
Blue lever down: directional lock ON. When
pushing the table, the wheel will position itself on
the feed axis, putting on the directional lock.
To carry this model with the board on a static vertical
plane, reduce tilt to a degree that allows the wheels to
freely move.
