7 A -3 0 A U T O M A T IC T R A N S M IS S IO N

15. Remove intermediate servo piston and seal ring.

Remove washer, spring seat and apply pin (fig.

25M).

REMOVAL OF OIL PU M P AND INTERNAL

CASE COM PONENTS

1. Remove eight (8) pump attaching bolts with washer

type seals (fig. 26M).

2. Install two (2) threaded slide hammers J-7004 into

threaded holes in pump body and remove pump

assembly from case (fig. 27M). Discard pump

gasket.
