Properly performed regular maintenance is essential for safe operation, faulty-free
operation, a long service life of the milling machine, and the quality of products that
you manufacture.
Installation and equipment from other manufacturers must also be in optimum
condition.
5.1 Safety
The consequences of incorrect maintenance and repair work may include:
• Serious injury to personnel working on the milling machine
• Damage to the milling machine
Only qualified personnel should carry out maintenance and repair work on the milling
machine.
Only carry out work on the milling machine if it has been unplugged from the mains
power supply, then pull the plug out.
