Parts without warranty include: fuse,
lubrication oil (grease), brake fluid, low
power of battery, engine coolant, power
steering fluid, engine oil, etc.
Coverage of Warranty
Comply with the regulations specified in
the instruction manual to use, repair and
maintain your vehicle. And bring this
manual that can prove your vehicle has
been regularly checked and repaired.
For quality defects and damaged caused
by product design, manufacture, assembly,
raw material detect and ot her factors, if an
owner reclaims the quality warranty, he/
she shall protect the original status of the
damaged parts in order to clarify what
truly happened.
The replacement and repair for parts
within warranty period will not extend the
warranty period of complete vehicle or
parts.
The replaced parts within warranty period
are subject to Chery’s Automobile Co.,
Ltd.
Items not covered by
warranty
1. The following defects are not covered
by the quality warranty:
1)
Defects occurred in the vehicle which
are repaired or maintained by the
owner himself or by the service station
other than Chery’s special service
station.
2)
Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. will not
be responsible for any direct or
indirect damage due to installed parts
and components are not produced or
provided by the company.
Note: To ensure the proper operating
condition of the vehicle, the owner shall
use parts and components (genuine spare
parts) provided by Chery Automobile Co.,
Ltd. and Chery’s special service station
will offer you the genuine spare parts
purchasing service.
3)
Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. will not
be responsible for any direct or
indirect damage due to refitting or
additional installation of various
equipment by the owner himself,
especially refitting or additional
installation of such system involving
the product safety as electrical,
braking, steering and other systems.
4)
Defects due to no routine examination
or regular maintenance conducted as
required, or the examination, repair
and maintenance conducted by the
service station other than Chery’s
special service station.
Note: To ensure the proper operating
condition of the vehicle, the owner has
responsibility to conduct necessary
examination, repair and maintenance. For
example, the engine oil has the crucial
functions such as lubricating, cooling the
engine and rust prevention, etc. The
For the warranty period of
wearing parts and special parts, it is
calculated on the duration and
mileage, whichever is first. The
warranty period for other parts is the
same as the complete vehicle.
