generator belt shall be checked after the
vehicle travels every 1,000 Km.
Check the tension of driving belt
1. Turn off the ignition switch and take
out the key.
2.
Press the intermediate position of the
belt with your thumb (approx. 100N),
and check the flexibility of the belt.
M ax. p ermitted flexibility: 10mm.
3.
If the flexibility exceeds the permitted
value, please get to Chery’s special
service station to have it regulated
immediately.
Wash Vehicle
DO NOT throw the cleaning material in
the household waste. Please use qualified
local waste disposal facilities.
The vehicle washing area where the
ecological drainage system won’t be
damaged is available only. The most
important factor to protect the painted
surface of vehicle is to use clean water.
Use cold or slightly-warm water to wash
the vehicle only.
Automatic Vehicle Washer
The best method to wash a vehicle is to
employ the brushless facilities in a good
vehicle-washing shop. The powerful water
flow may damage the painted surface of
vehicle in a vehicle-washing shop with
high pressure water operation.
Wash Vehicle Manually
IF the vehicle cleaning fluid is used,
please use plenty of clean water to wash,
and wipe the vehicle with a dry cloth.
The water from high pressure spray gun
may enter in the intake pipe of engine of
even inside the engine through the air
intake grill of engine bonnet during
washing, which harms the engine greatly.
Therefore, DO NOT aim at the air intake
grill with the high pressure spray gun
while washing the vehicle.
Please turn off the heating
blower before using the automatic
vehicle washer.
Slightly step the brake pedal
several times to remove the moisture
from brake lining during driving after
the vehicle is washed.
