Adjusting the Docking Module for Foldable Manual Wheelchairs
The Docking Module comes with a preassembled Docking Module Port (DM port). To adjust it to
a comfortable distance from your shoulders to the handlebar or to accommodate space for the
footrest, follow this procedure starting from step #1, otherwise skip to step #4.:
1. Unscrew the locknuts from the screws to disassemble the DM port from the bracket.
2. Move the DM port forward (if you need the handlebar further) or backward (if you need
the handlebar closer).
3. Locate the matching mounting holes and insert the screws to connect the DM port,
spacers, and DM bracket.
4. Secure the connection of the DM port to the bracket by tightening the screws with an
Allen key as you hold the locknuts in place with the open-end wrench.
5. Your chair is now equipped with the lightweight universal Docking Module developed for
you by Cheelcare.
