7. Click Next . The Add an administrator dialog box opens. You are now
ready to start the second phase of the installation and create the
Pointsec PC administrator accounts.
Creating Administrator Accounts
In this phase of the installation, you create Pointsec PC administrator
accounts and specify the types of passwords they use.
Administrator Accounts Using Fixed Passwords
To create an administrator account that uses a fixed password:
1. In the Add an administrator dialog box, select the Fixed password
option:

3. Click Next . The Add User dialog box opens again. If the second
administrator account will also use a fixed password, repeat the
instructions above, click
Next
and then see “Specifying Volumes,
Encryption Methods, and the Recovery Path” on page 30 .
If the account is to use a dynamic token, see “Administrators Using
Dynamic Tokens” on page 28 .
If the account is to use a smart card, see “Administrators Using Smart
Cards” on page 29 .
