The appliance does not
produce any steam.
1.The steamer has not heated up
suffi ciently.
2. You have not pressed the steam
trigger fully.
3. The water level in the water tank
is too low.
4. The water tank is not in place.
5. You are holding the steamer up-
side-down, which makes it impos-
sible for the steamer to suck up the
water from the tank.

You are holding the stea-
mer in horizontal position to steam
a garment on a fl at surface.
1. Let the steamer heat up for
approx. 45 seconds. When the
light goes out the steamer is ready
for use.
2. Press the steam trigger fully.
3. Unplug the steamer and refi ll the
water tank.
4. Insert the water tank properly.
5. Hold the steamer in an upright
position.
6. The steamer is designed to be
used in an upright on hanging
garments. Do not use the steamer
in horizontal position.
Water droplets drip from the stea-
mer head.
