Chapter 3 General description
3.2 MI006 description
In next picture the most important parts of the MI006 are shown:
1. Grip · Handling system for the MI006 .
2. Antenna connector · Connector to screw the AN001 antenna (see 5.1).
3. ON/OFF switch. Switch to turn on the MI006 and turn it off.
4. ON/OFF LED indicator · Indicator of the MI006 to be ON or OFF. When the
indicator lights, the MI006 is ON when not is OFF.
5. BAT LED indicator · Indicator that shows the status of the optional battery. If
the MI006 does not include the MB006 battery, the indicator will remain OFF. If
it includes the optional battery then see 4.1.
6. RUN/STOP button · Button to start and stop the tapping excitation.
7. Rubber feet · The MI006 has 3 rubber feet to support it and insulate it from
vibration.
8. Mains cable socket · Socket to connect the mains cable to feed the MI006 .
9. Fuse · Fuse protection.
10. WEEE mark and CE · Symbol indicating separate collection for electrical and
electronic equipment and European conformity mark.
11. Remote control symbol · Symbol that shows that the MI006 can be remotely
controlled (start/stop) with the MA001 remote control.
12. Bluetooth
®
symbol · Symbol that shows that the MI006 has Bluetooth
®
wireless communication technology.
