RECOMMENDATIONS
If you want to uninstall the limiter and store it for a long period of time, you should use the
TRANSPORT option of the programming menu, with the battery completely charged (typical
charging time: 4 hours, connected to the mains) The LRF-04 is equipped with an internal
memory fed by a 3.6 V rechargeable battery, which allows it to keep all the measured data
and configurations in the limiter even if the 12 V battery runs out. The average life of the 3.6
V battery is approximately 5 years according to the manufacturer of the battery.
When this battery runs out, all data saved until that moment is lost. When this happens,
contact your official
dealer to replace it. To use the LRF-04 correctly, follow
these instructions:
Make sure the LRF-04 is always connected to the mains, although when disconnected it
will continue to run fed by the battery.
Do not tamper with the seals placed by the authorities.
Do not tamper with the sensor.
When a printer is connected to the LRF-04 for continuous data printing, make sure it
does not run out of paper.
The LRF-04 compensates for excess music level by applying attenuation to the signal
sent to the speakers. In order to work comfortably and at the maximum possible level,
we recommend that the LRF-04 attenuate between an average of 0 and 3 dB. Working
with high attenuations around 50 dB will not increase the sound level of the music, and
once 50 dB are exceeded, the LRF-04 will apply restrictive attenuation, which means
that the music will not be heard.
Make sure that the mains to which the LRF-04 is connected is properly earthed and
complies with low-tension regulations currently in force.
