4.

Mount the weld body on the sub-plate
using the four (4) socket head screws
and Nord-Lock washers provided with
the equipment. Tighten the screws to
17.63 N·m (13 ft. lbs).

Mounting the Signal Conditioner

The Signal Conditioner is configured to be mounted on a standard DIN rail.

Wiring the VeriFast LVDT and Signal Conditioner

Use a 5-pin shielded cable to establish the connection between the VeriFast LVDT Electrode
and Signal Conditioner (see Figure 3 below). Use separate wiring (not shown) to connect the
Signal Conditioner to the PLC.
