B a s i c   O p e r a t i o n

 

The  temperature  inside  the  cellar  can  be  increased  or  decreased  by  changing  the 
Minimum Set Point as summarized below, and detailed later in this chapter.  

• 

Press the “Set” button for three seconds until the snowflake or °F blinks 

• 

Press “Up” or “Down” button 

• 

Press “Set” button to confirm 

If the cooling unit runs too much, you can raise the Minimum Set Point to reduce the 
cycle “on” time. Most wine collectors store their wine in the range of 55 - 60°F. 

CellarPro cooling units are designed to maintain appropriate levels of humidity, ranging 
from 50 to 70 percent, inside wine cellars. In order to increase or decrease humidity 
inside  the  cellar,  the 

Fon 

setting  can  be  changed  as  described  in  the  “Advanced 

Operation” section later in this chapter.
