ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Door seal cleaning and replacement
Clean the door seal every 50 cycles, every month or any time it is deemed necessary. To

(cod. 7000 210)
.
Chamber cleaning
Clean the sterilizing chamber, the components in it (racks) and the door every 100 cycles,
every 3 months or any time it is deemed necessary. To clean the chamber and the door use
a cotton wad or cloth soaked in alcohol making sure not to leave residues.
Replacement of the bacteriologic filter
Every 300 cycles or every 6 months replace the air bacteriologic filter positioned under the
main switchboard (pos. 11). Unscrew the filter by turning it anticlockwise and replace it with
the new one by screwing it clockwise and keeping the middle part pressed (cod. 2310 100).
Safety valve control and replacement
Check the integrity of the safety valves at least once a year:
The safety valves are located at the back of the appliance.
Unscrew the knurled upper part until a “click” is heard and repeat the operation 2-3 times
and then retighten the knurled part.
It is suggested to have this operation carried out by a qualified technician.
The valves are important safety systems, therefore it is suggested to replace them every
three years
(cod. 2200 081)
.
Replacement of the dust filter
At least once a year check the conditions of the dust filter, which is positioned in the drawer
under the chamber: clean it by compressed air in the open.
If it is not possible to clean it, replace it: we recommend to have this operation made by a
qualified technician (cod. 7000 842)
