Printing is not clear or

6.4 Paper jam and cutter retraction troubles removal
Paper jamming treatment
Please power off if it is paper jam, and eliminate paper jam in correct method.
The below figure shown open the cover to remove paper,check the viscose fouling on the head of printer,if have a
viscose,fouling,please clean it with alcohol.After dry,you could print.
Press the paper cover and open it to eliminate paper jam. Then re-install paper roll to power on.
Warning: Do not open the paper roll warehouse cover forcibly when you cannot open it normally if
it is paper jam, which to avoid damaging the printer.
