7-2-2 NTP Service
You can enable NTP function to synchronize the clocks of media players from an NTP
server automatically (e.g. time.nist.gov).
SMP will update the system time from NTP server every 7 days or when the system
restarts.
1. Login SMP Web Manager. Click [
SYSTEM
] and switch to [
SYSTEM
] page.
2. Click “
Enable NTP service
”, and enter the address of the NTP server address.
3. Click [
Update now
] to update the time immediately. You can also click [
Test
] to verify
the availability of the NTP server.
4. Click [
SAVE
] and [
APPLY
] to adopt changes.
