Note that if Java applications use the packet data connection, the connection
is established using the same connection settings that are used with the
radio’s Web browser. See Connect to a browser service on page 104.
Launch an application
1. Press
and select
.
2. Select an application or a folder (the name depends on the application).
3. Press
. If the selection is a single application it will be launched.
Otherwise, a list of applications in the selected folder is displayed. To
launch a single application, select the desired application and press
.
Other options available for an application
After you have selected an application, press
to get a list of available
options. The list may include the following:

to delete an application.
•
to move an application to another folder.
•
to get additional information about the application.
•
to update the application to a new version using the
packet data connection. Check the availability of this service with your
network operator or service provider.

restrict application access to the network, user data, or
positioning data and autostart. The categories are listed below. In each
category you can select from the following options:

functionalities of your radio, two or more of these categories may be
